What is quite interesting for me regarding this Park Ji Sung transfer is that it was actually TF who first suggested the idea to MH, who then jumped at the prospect. They then worked together to try and bring Ji to the club, but the fact is it was TF who instigated it.
Am I the only one around here that is 'slightly' uncomfortable with the Chairman picking the team AGAIN

Whats in the small print I wonder, does Park have to play WHATEVER his form turns out to be like . . . . .

I'm all for Great players turning up (if we can afford them in the long term) but none of us want the debacle that was 'Tango & Cash' again with Golden Boy shouting down who to sub

            Rant Over :strive:

For us that would mean around 29k."

Nahh, Korean fans will respect whatever decisions made by the manager, If Park isn't fit and decent, he could well be replaced by another.

But Im sure Park will do well! keep himself always ready to tackle.

we don't want our chairman to be like roman abramovich from chelsea.
manager and coaches MUST pick the players.

That's not how I read the situation at all and I'd say your fears are completely unfounded. TF made it very plain that Ji was signed primarily for footballing reasons. The fact that he's a massive star in Asia is a secondary bonus. Also, when he suggested signing the player to Hughes, Mark was very excited at the prospect for footballing reasons. So it is without doubt not a case of TF picking the team. You only need to listen to the way he comes across in interviews to know that he knows his place and he would never wish to tread on any toes because he fully understands that you leave that to the experts and he concentrates on what he's good at. Selling QPR to Park signing was very much done in partnership between TF and MH.
