de jong would be an outstanding signing he would be perfect to us and compliment the attaking players we have now. again last year we gave the ball away so much and to have players off his ilk and park who are comfortable on the ball we will do very well next year.!!

I got a bad feeling Hughes doesn't rate Faurlin and will leave him out......I know you lot are saying he's injured so we need a replacement and all that...but he'll probably be back before 6 or 7 games into the season. Now there will be 3 top quality centre midfielders: Diakite, Faurlin, DeJong. Can't play all of them at once, unless Sparky changes the formation around which is unlikely. Hoping this is just a short term loan for DeJong.

If he's good enough, Faurlin will be back. If not, then theres no room for sentiment

I'd rather have NDJ coming in then Derry for example. 2 quality players for every position a must.

If you want a CB, buy a CB, not a top class CM to play poorly as a CB.
