Help needed lads: my old man is 60 and is 61 in September. Does that mean he can get an over 60 ticket or would it need to be adut?

As the T&C say must be over 60 from August 2012 so we are a little confussed.

Being pedantic...... He is over 60 on the day of his birthday. Although your statement isn't incorrect in itself, just slightly misleading. ie he is also over 60, 3 days or 5 days or 50 days after his birthday.
