No, not at all mate. I was just wondering if you thought the comments about getting 56 goals etc were meant as a p**s take of him when it was meant as a ribbing at the fans who get over excited.

He did alright in the friendlys and scored a couple, scored again tonight, people may say it was atap in, but fact is he was in the right place at the right time.....

What more can he do?

The man has done everything that has been asked of him so far be it against lower league opposition. The goals he has scored in friendlies and tonight make him sound like a goal poacher to me though I'm yet to see him play.

I honestly feel we may be holding back on a striker to see how this fella will get on. I've heard good things are expected from him by people within the club though if you listen to Pete he will just be a fringe player.

I'd like to see him start against Plymouth.

i will tell you 1 thing though,he gives a lot more to the team than aggy;the only time aggy moves is when the ball is within 5 yds

Was any of you at the game today?

It was not a tap in from where I was, think he booted it hard, the player is much better than people make out, as I said before I like the way he moves and he also reads the game well of what i have seen.

I think he will be good player for the club if he gets given the chance.
