                  maybe he got Menstrual cramps. Or more realistically he just hasn't had enough fruit in the past week or so so low in zinc and other minerals. I try to eat a banana the days i train to avoid cramp.

                          Looks like they need to run up and down hills in pre season like they used to, instead of this new fandandled sports science ****e, that would get rid of the cramp problems after 70 minutes and the fat gits like HH and Stewart. Did anyone find out why Stewart got sent back from the Jamica squad.

                                  Paul he got sent back by the jamican national side because they couldn't afford him to use up 2 seats on the coach because of his fat ####. Stewart was looking over weight and that was from a respectable man in clive walker. Also ayemang needs a kick up the #### along with Helguson.
                                  I played sunday league football today.

                                  Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

                                  I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

                                  We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
