I see the Government has at last outlawed airlines charging a fee to use a credit or debit card when booking a flight and this will be expanded to all companies by December

How we as fans have allowed the club to blatently fleece us for all this time by charging £3.50 on top of anything we book including season tickets!! is amazing and the club have taken full advantage of our loyalty

does the club or the agency managing it earn from it or both?

I would think that the club earn when tickets etc are bought through the Box Office and Ticketmaster earn when booked through them but its still a blatent rip off as I believe the card companies only charge a maximum of 1.3% as a tranaction fee

Companies will find a way to replace the lost income (£3.50 per booking), so consumers may have won this battle, but they will loose the war.

When I called up last week to renew my season ticket over the phone, paid in full and the guy made a big point and repeated the price " that's 599 sir today, all inclusive 599 in total"
I expected that horrible charge to be honest.
Maybe we have canned it early and Ben told to make a statement when tickets ordered?
