Me and a few of my mates reckoned the last time we really enjoyed/got behind England at a tournament was euro 96.....

Yeah, the only time I really got behind England was 66, 90 & 96.........seriously, you lot sound like a bunch of Man U fans, only sing when you're winning....surprised you've stuck with QPR this long to be honest!

I think the poor squad and shambles leading up to Hodgson's appointment has not helped.

I think we will get through the group then go out next match.

              Usual dissapointment as normal.

Genuinely, not that fussed about England anyway. When we went out of Euro 2000, last time I went to a tournament (also went to Italia 90 when I was 16) it was as much a relief - the team under Keegan was more of a shambles than usual and the oaf element of our fans had been playing up a bit in Belgium, smashing a few places up. Some of the games that followed in the Quarters, the Semis and the Final were epic and it was just good to watch.

Probably helped by the fact that the Irish squad doesn't have any Chelsea players in it! ......

:=):. Best of luck and enjoy it.

Regarding Croatia, they are playing a preparation match against Norway ATM, and I must say I have been impressed with Jelavic. A shame that we lost out on him really. 0-0 at halftime, but I´m having a good time in front of TV eating seagull-eggs and Coke Light.
Modric is rested by the way.To state the obvious; they are a much better team with him on the pitch.

I know it's immature and even obsessive but that victory over the Bavarians killed a part of me. It maybe the euros has come to early after that match or a part of me is just lost forever but I cannot bring myself to supporting the Chelsea contingent in the national team. ::sick::sick::sick::sick::sick:
