  • Barton: sack or back?

No, not a reference to waxing treatment our bad-boy skipper might be considering. Rather, it's my own attempt to weigh up the arguments for and against finding a way to boot the turbulent Scouser out of our club. On the long side again, I'm afraid:

Back of course. QPR captain, leader, hero. His selfless act to try and get a City player sent off in a massive game should go down in rangers history. Passion, aggression and a little tash, Joey has got it all. Joey we salute you and we all back you (even the lefties deep down).

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Sack, fed up with all the excuses, it wont be the last time and im sure TF does not need this bad publicity. One thing you have to remember, when he finally comes back he will be targeted not just by players but officials as well.

Sack him if his contract allows it and use the wages saved to pay for someone else. Although, if He stays perhaps he will voluntarily give up his pay whilst he serves the ban.
