I've not got any evidence whatsoever apart from the fact that if this wasn't a footballer, there is NO WAY that the court date would have been shifted back for this case. Its all been done to benefit the S**M and, supposedly England.
It would have been best for all involved if this has happened at the originally planned date.
If any of us were up for the charge, but we had a bit of a busy period at work, do you think it'd be moved back? My job is far more important in the Grand Scheme of things than Mr. Terry's, but I'm sure I'd have been tried by now...Comment

Have to say pretty much as I see it but I actually think he will be prosecuted. It then becomes an absolute farce that he will have been allowed to win the FA Cup and get changed for the European Cup, when most of us would have been prosecuted within a few weeks of the offence.Originally posted by davman View Post

As Englands Captain he held a responsibility and he failed to show this responsibility getting involved in this mess, hence why I think IF found guilty he should face the consequences.
If I used that sort of language in the ground I would probably get thrown out if anyone heard it, so why should a footballer be any different ?Comment
