Just interviewed by Alan Brazil and although he didn't actually confirm it , the announcement will be about financial backing and possibly a bigger stake in the club by the Mittels.
I've also heard that the new training ground will officially be announced along with the site of our new stadium.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!Comment

OK, I just listened to that interview and it didn't come accross like that to me.
In fact he gave nothing away except to say the announcment will be in the next "few days". He didn't say today.
The speculation about backing was all from Fathead Brasil and that cricket box that sits next to him AFTER TF had gone.Comment
