I would never feel confident with him in goal. Yes he can make world class saves, but he's equally likely to fluff the simplest of catches into the net.

        Better keepers than him, surely.

Although, he'd be a good replacement for Zamora.

obviously we should buy Joe Hart....ofer him 300k a week 50m to City and make him fluff a few on Sunday...we stay up then sell him to Utd for half the price!

I can't believe everyone rates al habsi so highly! Yes he's made some great reflex saves this season, but speaking as a gk myself, if you watch him, his positional sense is appalling and his decision making, especially at set pieces is very poor. Robinson plays his heart out for the cause and is a much better gk. like Carson, one massive mistake whilst playing for his country shattered his confidence. Him or foster would be my choice.

I'm glad someone else feels the same about Al Habsi as me. Maybe it's a keepers view?? I've always said the same, his positional sense is poor, and he dosnt command his area at all.

Foster or Carson as discussed. Both good all round keepers
