      Turbo charged investment, have they not seen the four year plan, we didn't actually spend anything out of the ordinary to get promoted. Reeks of bitterness.
      People really don't like the small teams to compete with the big do they? What is the point of promotion? Even Reading are being looked into now because a Russian has invested in them, the prem is too cliquey.

        I'm with you on this 80s to me that new ruling will stifle ambition, it's saying small clubs can't go to the prem.Investment in youth? what's the point in that division all your best talent gets pinched by the big boys, if they implement this clubs should threaten a breakaway prem 2 league or something.
        Oh and maybe they should talk to the pfa about ridiculous player wages, and see whether taylor will recommend a cap to his members
