Why is Lee Mason allowed to be 4th Official?

Surely can't be allowed with his Bolton links.
He is 4th Official for our game against Spuds on Saturday.
Us being Bolton's relegation contenders makes it wrong that he is allowed to make any decisions regarding us, agree?

he's a brave man to stand on the touchline so soon after the Man utd Game. maybe we should all bring red cards as a protest!

in reality the4th official is there to hold up the time boards and not much else.

If we are 1- 0 and he holds up a board saying 15 added mins then we would should start to worry!

Can't believe 2 of the most hated officials down at LR on the same day, bet they're already on the phone to each other deciding the outcome.
Cisse won't be a happy man either.
Welcome to Hell, let's see if we can affect the officials decisions like they say OT does to them.

i'll tell you why - it's because there's only a handfull of "qualified" referees who can referee the "top" teams in the PL.
it's a joke. the top teams get a rotation of the "top" refs...who end up knowing the players and being their best mate - a la Clattenburg.
          it's disgraceful.

Yes one of the linesmen will claim to be injured and he will replace him. Will not raise the flag when Spurs are on clear offsides.
