An excellent read which I relate to, I have a lot of empathy for Joey. I myself am a recovering alcoholic (something I am proud of, not ashamed of).
Joey speaks of "The addictive personality", something that can belong to someone very intelligent, but on the other hand can cause a lot of negative consequences.
Part of having an addictive personality involves becoming fixated or obsessed with something, and Joey recently was becoming obsessed with Twitter, which had the negative consequence of not concentrating on playing football. Lets hope Joey now becomes obsessed with QPR staying up!
By the way I am not pointing the finger at Joey because I too have my flaws in character, and like Joey continue to work on them and do the best I can.
Onwards and upwards, let's hope we are in the Prem next season.
