Think we'll finish about 3 points short of safety but with a better goal difference than the 17th placed club.
    Keep calm and carry on

We need 6 points to have a fighting chance, our goal difference will come into play then.

Saturdays loss and performance has left me pretty deflated and I can't help but thinking that all these 'missed opportunities' are finally going to catch up with us.

yeah but we have been here before...we had wins against everton and chelshit then the slump in the autumn and then we never thought we'd beat liverpool. then we played awfully against sunderland, then played magnificently against arsenal and then well against swansea. then of course wba get the narrow victory. one thing for certain is that home games are making a difference for us - finally.

it's all so very QPR isn't it. i wouldn't put it past us winning v spuds and losing v sjoke based on how we tend to perform, despite the fact that everyone is earmarking the sjoke game as the one where we'll get 3 points.

still 2 places above the relegation zone...come on arsenal tonight!

True- there is no logic to our form.

It's just the performance on Saturday for me was one of a relegation side, not one that's able to dig in and grind out a point when it REALLY matters.

Actually, it was the performance of a team that has performed like that for huge chunks of the season. Despite our regular poor showings, we are not in a relegation spot and can still stay up. As for a side that can't dig in and grind out results when it really matters - if that really was true we would be down by now, because we got results against Pool (out of nothing and if that aint getting something when it really matters then what is?), Arsenal and Swansea that have given us a realistic chance of getting the few points we still need to survive.

I love they way the likes of Bolton and Wigan are predicted to get 3 or 4 wins from what they have left. They have been at least as bad and probably worse than us all season, so why does that change now!!

Oh I forget, Wigan beat Man U and played a blinder so that's them sorted - well we beat Arsenal, who had won 7 on the bounce, and also played a blinder so why does it have to be that Wigan will now go on and survive whilst we will just melt away?

Nothing can be predicted, other than the one thing I have said since about December, there are 3 worse teams in the league than us, and we just have to hope that our relegation rivals show the form they have for the majority of the season rather than the odd miracle and we have a chance of staying up
