It's going to be one or the other!

I'd like to know who would partner him next year?

    HH?

I hope he doesn´t prefer Swansea instead of us.
              It could happen..

Echoing what everybody has already said: the bloke certainly knows exactly what to say I'll give him that! Thought he would be first to jump ship if we went down (mainly due to how good he is!). Just hope he is true to his word, should the worst happen!

He really would score a fair few goals in the CCC wouldnt he; bloody hell imagine him running at Coventry and Barnsley's defences

Great news but at the moment i'd rather have the Cisse at Newcastle, at least he can stay on the pitch for 90 mins and he can score a goal too.

Regardless of what his actions may result in this season, if we go down, its reassuring we'd have him in the Championship. He'll be the best striker in the div by a mile and hopefully others would stay also to bounce right back at a canter.

I actually think we'll stay up though.

Come on leaps and bounds since he starred in that Comic Relief advert years back.....

Sorry to be so negative about this guy but if he can't handle the physical play in the Premiership how is he ever going to stay on the pitch in the VERY physical Championship?

he's played in physical leagues before - he's got world experience.
having him anywhere near the squad, let alone in it, is a positive. he's nearing the end of his career - whereby he's had 2 awful knee injuries - and is still world class.
this lad has got plenty to offer his teammates. granted he's had red cards but i for one am a very big fan.
