This is a good post because it highlights just how bad its been and Les aside i cant remember any truly great players to come out of the academy in recent years.....apart from marcus bean obviously.

Les was £15,000 from Hayes, when he was 21 I think.

Potentially best player was Gallen, we'll never know how good he could of been, sadly.
