listen to yourselves. Ridiculous. Bad call, but it isn't a conspiracy, it is because refs are scared stiff of Sir Alex... and massive clubs and crowds get more decisions at home. Refs are scared of the big clubs because the headlines are 10 times the size when they get a decision wrong AGAINST them.

This means they are sometimes poor and unprofessional, just like people in every job can be.

This is the very reason to introduce video technology, who can they argue with then?

        Next please.

          Get over it.

Vid tech should be for ball over the line only as many other decisions can still be debated (and are) even after everyone has seen the replay many times. Before you know it we will stop the game for every throw in.

Don't agree silver that decision coupled with the fact that he's a bolton lad, and
looking at other decisions that have gone against us, that weren't against the big sides (Norwich, WBA, Villa, Bolton) i think says we need video replays that are available in seconds should be brought in for all game changing decisions.

Offsides would be easy as well.

Do you reckon? I mean look at Mason's reputation now after yesterday's game. He gave two wrong decisions in their favour and he's being slated by the entire football world, including man utd.

Yes. Some people are not great at their jobs - look anywhere for that. The pressure influences some refs - no doubt. Just like pressure influences decsisions in every walk of life.

He had a shocker, not a back hander.

So the fact that he's from Bolton, still lives there, his brother used to play for Bolton doesn't even cause you the slightest concern?

I thought there were rules in place to avoid such scenarios where even a 'perceived' bias could exist.

It was offside, it wasnīt a penalty and it wasn`t a red but itīs the "big/biggest club playing at home syndrome" - nothing else. It happens to everyone playing Barca....
