Adel... will this be the springboard for...

Him to take the rest of the season by storm now he has finally broken his PL duck.... I do hope so....

He looked ecstatic at scoring and it really seamed to matter to him... Be awesome if he put on a virtuoso show against Utd at their place with Fergie looking like his red head will explode or internally combust maybe....

ps.. apologies if there's loads of debate already on here but have not had a chance to trawl through.....

If Taarabt replicates what he did and performs just as well against united their midfield will not cope, and he can have an absolute field day against Ferdinand and evans, and if scholesy plays CM can see him getting a red a for one or two erratic tackles on adel

If Diakite and Barton perform as well, we may have a say in this game. Only Taarabt is not enough. This a one team game.

We need everyone to perform to the level they played against ArseAnal, on Sunday against ManUre.
If Adel's the only one that turns up at Old Triffod, good and all that he is, we will be farked, and no mistake.
Characters like Barton & Derry need to keep the pot boiling, so to speak, keep the level of determination, self-belief, going.
With the right frame of mind, we could get something from this game.

Last year he started scoring after he shot few penalties, I still blame his mates for not letting him taking that penalty and gave it to Helguson .

Taarabt will unlock the defense and draw double team, whilst creating space for his teammates to run at Ferdie. but he needs not to forget his defensive duties

I think this 4-2-3-1 formation will allow Tarbs to do what he wants, and cut in and out from the left, and I'm certain this formation was used last season where he literally destroyed every team we played. Only until now, we used 442 or 451 where he played on the far left, but now this formation will allow him to do what he done last season; show why he's the best!

There isnt really a difference between 4-2-3-1 and 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 for that matter. Depends what position you see Joey playing.

I like the positivity of the fella though Kimi me old sausage... I think that now the wait is finally over then it lifts a psychological weight off his mind... he's the sort of character who needs to feel the love and warmth of the fans bearing in mind he does his best to entertain all of us lot every game......
