I think the majority of us said at the time Gorkks deserved a chance, bad piece of judgement by warnock who favoured gabbidon, ironic that now along with Legs and probably Connolly they will be gracing the prem next year while we languish in the championship, how they will laugh !!!!

Never understood why NW let go off Gorkks

He was one of our better defenders at the time

Thought at the time it was to fund getting in DJ....

We could do with him now.
A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....

Personally I don't think Gorkks would ever have cut it in the prem. Good player in the Championship but most strikers at this level would run rings around him, the guy is too slow and clumsy!

John Terrys carved out a half decent career in this league though. All about the reading of the game and, IMO, Gorkss was brilliant at that.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Yeah but Kaspars Gorkks makes John Terry look like Usain Bolt, I've seen milk turn quicker. Doesn't matter how good he is at reading the game, the pace and skill of a lot of strikers at this level would have made Gorkks look silly!

I was going to make the same point about Clint, so many posters on here wrote him off' because he's not as quick as some, a good footballer doesn't necessarily have to be quick.
