yes i loved the skinhead times it was absolutely fantastic places like harrow ,northolt ,hayes ,west drayton ,could easily put two hundred skins into battle
but it wasnt about violence ive already told van hoop that is place he grew up in which was south harrow was very precous to us northolt boys
because we could have a drink in the looad of hay pub and then go of to the wimpy bar in south harrow and the lads that lived in south harrow were really nice lads although they were harra and we were northolt,there didnt seem to be any obvious hate between us unlike our worst enemies who were south ruislip
we wouldnt have dared venture down there for fear of not comming back alive
but my memories of being a northolt skin were mostly so much fun,we used to party all the time,it was just insanity,musically we loved trojan reggae and we bought a serious of tighten up volume one two three and four,my best tunes were max romeo wet dream,skinhead moonstup,man from caralina etc,ut i can understand where van hoop is comming from they were fantastic days going down south harra market to buy our jungle greens..........WOW WOW WOWLast edited by qprted; 24-03-2012, 10:57 AM.Comment
