I think he's a bit like a duck mate, all going on under the surface. After the game sat the cameras caught him going ballistic at the officials inside the tunnel. Or is that not what you mean?

Warnock was the same on and off the camera's, always a character lol. Suppose we're all used to that sort of behaviour.

personally, would rather Hughes' demenour than Warnock's exuberant bigging up the opposition before and after matches, and arnt we lucky to be playing at Anfield etc etc.....that started to get on my nerves!!!

hughes is very professional with the media, only speak when he has to and is very careful. Im sure he is a passionate character, remember the Hughes McDonald battles? , also he was dying to lay out Jol recently

He was one of the few players Roy Keane truly respected and a player like Craig Bellamy who doesn't suffer soft touches gladly sings his praises as a motivator and man manager. I think he saves a lot of his fire and brimstone for the dressing room.

After watching NW going ballistic on the otuch line for every single decision right down to throw ins he certainly does appear to be less animated

No need to protest so vehemently old chap,..........we believe you........
Going back to Hughes, we have gone from a manager who loves to give a quote
and be controversial in Warnock, to one who would make Victor Meldrew look jolly!

It has never mattered to me what style a manager adopts on the sidelines. All this talk they should show passion is nonsence - they need to be their own man.

In front of the media I expect them to behave with dignity and professionalism. What they do in the dressing room is up to them and should stay there.

All that matters is the results and.........err, oh, damn.....that isn't really going to support him right now!

He's quite a soft spoken shy sort of a man, but dont be to concerned cos inside there's a natural born winner, he can give it dont worry about that, as he did in his playing days. Bit he's not one to get to excited and to jump around, not in public.

Personally think this is a top quality - Played & learnt under Ferguson, think his manor portrays that

                        Thanks for raising this.

Do you want me to call phil beard and ask him to setup a 1-to-1 between you are sparky. I think its very important the manager focuses on making sure he is 'connected' to the fanbase and should spend a lot of time on this.

Things like results and tactics are secondary. It's far more important he doesn't seem distant to internet forum QPR fans.
