i know how a lot of you guys are heavily critical of his headless chicken approach

but swp and tarrabt have failed to score any goals at all this season

we need a joker in the pack

hes already scored 4 goals,when he came on against bolton he almost scored a goal

hes the closest thing we have to rowlands

i think hill was man of the match against bolton and should be given the captains arm band

please dont be too angry with me guys like yourselfs im only trying to be positive

To be honest, Ted......I would play Mackie wide right in place of SWP against Liverpool.

I too think we should play Mackie, the only passionate, hard working, and not-so-headless chicken player who actually looks a threat for us up front or out wide. People who think he's sh*t, shut up please. Mackie along with Helguson have been our best players so far this season imo, also Tommy smith WHEN he plays. If Mackie starts every remaining game from now, I bet u he scores at least 3 or 4

I would always have a 'Mackie' in the team .......... those sort of players remind me of my youth and watching the likes of Martin Allen turn out, he always looked to me like he knew he was very lucky to be out there and this game could be his last AS someone was going to notice he wasn't good enough SO he would run down every ball and give 100 % for every challange ! so for me pick 11 'Mackie's / Mad Dogs' because that is what we need between now and survival sunday !

I don't think you will find any of the people who were behind the goal at Blackburn that saw his passion would leave him out of the team.

i think that what we had last season was incredible team spirit so we need to play hill and mackie and derry these players have the ability to raise the spirits of the other players,swp and adel have been goal shy and have just not produced this season also i would consider bringing tommy smith on for a few games

i was so disapointed in the bolton game to play three defensive midfielders was crazy

let us fire on all cylinders and attack attack attack
