The more I think about it, the more I think Sparky will either choose between SWP and Tarbs for Left mid, or he will move SWP over to RM, then put Tarbs LM and drop Mackie. Depends on what he sees in training sessions.

Dale adel is not fit enought to play in a relagation scrap for 90 mins..don't care what you say he isn't.. Box to box player he is not..he can be a handful granted but the 5 games prior ther african cup of nations he was a 6 or 7 which for me is far from superb.

I think his performance speaks for itself against Norwich before he went ANC

I found it to be a superb performance and done more then Mackie or Buz has done this whole season in this one game

i cant see sparky starting tarbs or traore against wolves as he wont of had long enough with them to get them drilled properly.doubt sparky will rock the boat 2 much unless he thinks somethings seriously wrong in midfield. expect to see swp and mackie down the sides with barton and buz/derry.

by the blackburn game i expect he would of had enough training sessions with traore and tarbs to know if he will start either / both.

Haha dale face the facts.. I know it was only wigan but buz was superb.. And we won the game.. Adel is a better player I know but he cannot play in a cm with one other player..

dale, when i watched that i remember how much i miss him. yh he sure did look good and is def the best player in our team (ability wise) on his day.

but we are in a dogfight relegation scrap and sparky needs two rows of 4 (midfield and def) defending for their lives and its just whether tarbs can / is prepared to do this to win a place in our midfield

Completely agree, but some will not see it that way as he absolutely HAS to start. I can't deny he's got the quality, but I don't see where he's going to be effective in a 4-4-2 formation.

As I said before, Buzz is better suited in the 4-4-2 than Adel. Not saying I think Buzz is the better player, but he gives us more balance in the middle.

I can see Adel coming on later in the game for Cisse, and playing just behind Zamora, but that's about it. I'd much prefer Traore on the left wing than Adel, and regardless of how some feel he's performed, I'd rather SWP on the right than Adel. He is not a winger. It's that simple.

If Ali was fit, I could see Adel working well in this formation...

Dont see why he cant play CM. Im sure he came on against Sunderland there and we looked 50 times better?

For 90 mins matty against a fit side he would be destroyed.. Wouldn't win any second balls and barton would be f u c k e d after 30 mins... We wanna play as a unit, two lines of 4... No way will he be disiplined enough to start a game.

Can see your point and I agree to a certain extent, and I wouldnt start with him and Joey CM vs, say, Tottenham, but at home to Wolves I think it could work nicely.

Best form of defence is attack after all.

Hopefully get a 2 goal lead and can then shore up by sacrificing Adel if needs be.
