Taarabt HAS to start vs Wolves

If SWP or Mackie get in in front of him, I'm going to be very disappointed with Hughes. Neither of them are creating chances and Adel is our only sign of creativity. Wolves is a huge game and we have to come away with 3 points against that pony team, I really hope Hughes has some faith and chucks him straight in there and tells him to win him the game, I really think Adel is up for it, hope he proves me right. I got faith in Hughes but would be crazy if Taarabt ends up the bench and Mackie still starting

        He has got to start

I really dont see why people dont like S-W-P's & Mackie, I love seeing them on the ball but I must of missed something
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

They don't use the ball effectively mate. They don't create enough .

Watching the Villa game atm and really couldnt agree more! We need that cutting edge in midfield a bit of attack mindedness rather than stay back mindesness that creeps into our game. Adel if confident is the perfect link up man always forward thinking and as we know very effective on his day. And with Cisse and Bobby upfront its gotta work?!

Really looking forward to Wolves and a sellout at HQ atmosphere should be lush!

Mackie is predictable all day long - he gets the ball and always (and only) tryes to overrun someone on the right wing.
Adel can pass the ball wisely to Cisse or SWP. I would definately go for Adel to start against Wolves.

Adel is by far and away the most creative player we have. He is the the only player that can slot that pass through in the final 3rd to put a striker through on goal. With Cisse up top now to latch onto these balls, I think we could see a few more goals than we have upto now.

                  Has to start.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

If Tarrabt plays in a 4-4-2 (which Hughes favours) and costs us the game when he fails to track back will you all still praisin his inclusion. It is very hard to accommodate Tarrabt in a 4-4-2 for that very reason. Don't disagree it he is our most creative player but will be very surprised if he starts on Saturday Particuarly as he has only just returned from the ACN.

When he plays it will be after Hughes has had an opportunity to work out a suitable formation to fit him into and he has n't yet had time to do that. Hughes is very organised and prepares very well might be too soon for Tarrabt.

...yes i want him to start - but logically?

he's just be involved in international football - training, different heat, time zone, players. He's probably not trained much - if at all with the new rangers boys. yes he's a talent, yes he's our most creative player - but slow down...

i'd rather have him 100% for an away game at blackburn rather than 75% of him at LR whereby the crowd can get behind the team and the 11 men on the field can feel more comfortable.

don't think it's a MUST situation rather than a WOULD LIKE situation.

                        However, in Mark we trust...?

Adel is no winger. If he plays it should be in place of Hulse and therefore Zamora. Or it should be in place of Barton or Derry and that's a HUGE risk. Adel Taraabt has never played well on either wing.

I will make the point again, he should be challenging the deeper striker for a place not the wingers in a 442.

Agree, the onlylace for Adel in a 442 is as the support striker, almost a 4411.

Not sure how he fits effectively in a 4-4-2. Leave the picking of the side down to Hughes.
