Yes I think so too, a lot of deals go down to the wire with clubs holding out for top dollar and I think Hughes can see some more good additions. -

The signings of Taiwo Diakite (and probably Cisse) show you can get quality for a fraction of the price in the Prem League - we seem to be following the newcastle model which is no bad thing.
I read in a Mail article that Eddie Niedzwicki (however it's spelt) has an encylopedic knowledge of players across Europe and it seems we are putting that to use in our targets so fully expect a surprise. Far better than Warnock looking at the likes of Andy Johnson which just left me cold.Comment

Possibly RSC. Or I can actually imagine there could be discussions about Tevez for 6 months. It sounds ridiculous on paper, but in reality it would possibly suit all parties. He's not transfering out of City this window. They could offload a bad apple to us for 6 month and we in turn pay £60k of his wages. He gets to remind clubs how good he is which will help attract potential buyers in the summer and help him push up the signing on fee....Comment
