It won't be completed tonight because he is flying to the UK tomorrow for a medical and to sign. Until he has actually signed it probably won't be announced officially Mali are playing again on 1 February so he will have to leave on Tuesday at the latest.

Looked this morning at the Nancy Offy. At 7am he was still listed as part of their squad. As of 10 he is no longer listed.

Don't you all know it will be official when Ian Taylor says it is - c'mon we all know he is the man and how busy he is, he even tweeted this morning to let all his followers know how busy he is. Just cos its been officially announced by the players club, its on every major world news feed and discussed on every message board means nothing-its only true when Ian says!

Have you noticed though that it becomes official, not when all the paperwork is signed and the player is legally ours, but when Taylor has had a chance to write the initial press release, player profile, signing in pictures, and first interview filmed and edited.

ONLY when he has all of that ready and uploaded does it suddenly become 'official'. That's why last time he announced 'within the hour' and got it wrong. There must have been problems uploading the finished video or something because the player was actually wearing the same clothes that had appeared in a shot from the previous day, which is when everything was probably finalised!

This is why he gets so angry with the press announcing stuff before he's ready. They're just better and quicker at getting their videos uploaded and he'll only announce it when he's got his 'EXCLUSIVE'!!

Most of the ineterviews and pictures are taken before all is finalised with the FA after stuff is signed they will do the pics and interview while they wait for the FA to confirm!

Taye was wearing the same clothes in the pictures as he was wearing when I saw him at the ground the Thursday he actually signed.....Its even more embarrasing for Taylor and his team that even now that transfer isn't a done deal....but it was on the offy, probably where he spends most of his time, in the offy!

Is GP back arranging all these transfers or is Ian Taylor GP in disguise???

and just to prove a point...the only thing missing is the interview because apparently he can't speak english. I have no idea how a Premier League football club was able to discuss everything with him without a translator then!

Apparently, according to the title of that page at the top, a whole bunch of photos that have absolutely nothing to do with QPR and show him playing in various matches for other teams are EXCLUSIVE? HOW?!
