W12 is perfect for standing in the lower loft, lower school end and paddocks and this is what we should be focusing on.

To be honest i would of thought safe standing would have more than 50%.

New stadium unless we are able to increase the capacity of LR to 30,000 and reduce ticket prices which I doubt

So did I, but it still shows that people are unconvinced about a move as the reality of how many fans we actually have. A new ground looks to me to be a gamble that could ruin us.

not if it is a multi-purpose stadium, i.e. music venue, don't forget W12 is the most accessible part of London and don't under-estimate our support
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

why not have both..the rail seat system,as used in Germany,is best..but having this at an already cramped LR is not the long term solution...
.Villa are being allowed to trial this, and the SPL have been given the green light..so i think it may only be a matter of time before all english clubs are allowed a small section of safe standing areas

I would go with a dedicated safe standing area first as the cost to implement is negligible by comparison, get the crowds up, get the atmosphere up and this would be a way to offer cheaper tickets which many crave.

Then after a few years if decent crowds and a sustained team in the prem, focus on the big investment to relocate if deemed necessary.

Aston Villa have been talking to the Premier League about a trial, and apparently seem to have had the go ahead. Was reported in news about a week ago.
