As the club grows so will the fan-base. One step at a time.Originally posted by superhoop67 View Postthis game being played in a 40'000 Seater stadium ,with about 15,000 R's fans in it .12oc kick offs will come more regular with Sky as well ,just as well it's not on TV how many tickets would we have sold then

As said above, tickets would be much lower in price in a bigger stadium. Also i'm sure offers would be on sale like half price for STH's etc.Originally posted by W12_Ranger View Postnot really as some on here are convinced we can fill a 25k, fernandes is talking about building a 40k stadium...very relevant as this is as big a match it gets for us
Can't afford to do it with an 18k capacity.

Prices wont be cheaper with a bigger ground, they'll want money back for their investment and the way they get that is through ticket sales. You wont see 'much lower' prices if we get a bigger ground.Originally posted by Mattyqpr View PostAs said above, tickets would be much lower in price in a bigger stadium. Fulham, Reading were getting crowds of 2-5k in old stadiums, once they upgraded now see 24k on a regular basics.
We have a larger fan-base than both those clubs and a great location to boot.
Build it and they will come Tony!
Also, they are talking about a multi purpose facility, all year round usages.Kept the faith!
