I would've thought they'd finalise the fee the other day when Chelsea had apparently accepted, then not... blimey if the fee is as has been talked about in the region of £3-3.5m, it is a bargain as he's worth at least £5m, so why the fu%k are they penny pinching... If we are being shafted by a club after an unrealistic fee for a player then yes delay and haggle, but this is a bargain no doubt, so why the wait....

We should've been in negotiation with the player for 24 hrs plus by now!
