calm down. he couldn't have played today anyway. he has to fly from brazil, have a medical and crucially get a work permit which alone can take weeks. he is a young kid, a player for the future, and is unlikely to be the player to turn our season round.

Well certainly for Wigan that's for sure although I actually think midfield is now a far more desperate situation.

Our midfield is so weak( then again what department isn't),we really really need a few new experienced new faces for next weekend

Our mid is weak at the moment with African Cup of Nations, Suspensions and Injuries. I was just asking we dont even know if its henrique they are talking about. I was just asking cos I saw on SSN a new player at QPR in next 24 and I thought with the masses of ITKs on here someone might know. I wont bother in future.

Agree we are weak pretty well all over the park. The one positive is that Hughes seems to have made the defence more organised and thought we looked quite solid today for the first time in weeks but in the second half when we needed someone in the midfield to take control of the game there was no one. I don't know whether it should be Pinnear, Ireland or AN Other but that wd be by number one priority for Wigan.
