Yep, typical. This is more likely to be the response from international names like Alex.

      He'll go to PSG.

That article is probably bo!!ocks as the offer was rejected from us. How can he have rejected us when we've not made him an offer?

He didn't reject us, he rejected Premier League football and remaining in England.

                He'll go to PSG.

Does that rule out him coming on loan if nobody else offers for him?

Don't think they will be short of offers. A very classy Brazil international and Chelsea DO want to sell as he put in a transfer request. He now trains alone and isn't allowed to interact with the squad. Players of his calibre available for sale are few and far between in a January window.

If he doesn't want to stay in England we have no chance.

Chelsea might think they will get a better offer in the summer and loan him out. That could work for him if nothing else comes along, because it would be better than him doing nothing at Chelsea.

I swear he wanted to stay in London because his kids are settled
                              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                              And many more mistakes
