Kranjcar is not defensive enough. Would love to sign him, just not as a replacement for Ali

Barton does alot of breaking up/dirty work. And with a better, more solid defence (as I hope/pray we will have by end of Jan!), we can rely on them more not let our midfield be more creative as I do feel that part of our lack of goals problem this year is because we havent have enough attacking support from CM.

I agree that with a better back four then midfield can be afforded more creativity

He's a squad player with City because if he was playing regularly he would almost definitely break down.
