Be a great acquisition in conjunction with an established striker - as THE striker, incredibly risky.

I only read 3 comments saying no and didn't look at the rest of the thread.

I watched him closely against Wigan (Yeah I know it's only Wigan) but he reminded me of a very good player just lacking a bit of end product which we may teach him (Same to Kyle Walker)

He will add to our 25 squad of better players then who are in the 25 at the moment. Loan is perfect
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I don't think he is being signed as the main striker,...I don't know,...but would expect at least one other

I don't think thats true with Sampdoria as I'm sure he bagged a few playing for them.

But I doubt he'd play as the main striker, probably just off of heidar or whoever else we sign and gives us that extra depth which we need

If he was coming as a squad player fair enough but can't see man u sending to sit in our reserves or in the bench

Also thing that needs remembering sir alex not a fan of warnock after he criticised him for a team he put out vs fulham I think, as we've seen with the BBC boycott Fergie does hold a grudge so will seem strange to send him to us

                  Nope. 14 games 0 goals.

Not saying he hasn't got potential but not the answer to our goalscoring problems in a fight for survival.

And please don't say but we will sign someone else, we need strikers who can score we have Jay Bothroyd for the role of front man who doesn't score.

Don't have a full grasp of the 25 man squad rule but does he count due to age etc?

I've already seen him miss 3 sitters this season

No matter - if he comes then IWWT
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

I was just looking for that LBlock.
Unless some one knows better I don't think he takes up a spot in the 25 man squad.

IWWT= In Warnock We trust... having said that it would be better if it was IWIT.. In Warnock 'I' Trust as there are a number of fans who are not quite so sure NW can be trusted... me included if I'm honest...

Still, I'll be at the Emirates tomorrow and very much hoping Mr Warnock pulls a rabbit out of the hat tomorrow....

Not the kind of signing we're after at the moment.

We're not here to fulfil someone's potential.

We need a striker who is going to come in and get goals instantly. We need to stay in this league and at the moment we are not scoring enough goals.

The way we play wouldn't suit Macheda who would start on the bench and would expect to come on and do the business for 10-15 mins every game.
