    To be fair:

Our so called bad run consists of:

    1. A narrow AWAY defeat to a Norwich team which is overperforming.
    2. A draw against WBA where our "winner" was unjustly ruled offside.
    3. A 1-0 defeat at ANFIELD
    4. A loss to the current Premiership champions
    5. A narrow home loss to a rejuvenated team with a new manager (new manager syndrome and all that).

It is bad....but it was always going to be difficult!

    Fair points.

What will your excuse be if we lose to Swansea?

That was at Loftus Road. We drew 0-0 at The Liberty Stadium last year

A draw would be best for us because we've only been overperforming for 2 and a half years now!

                1. Was prob the last time we played anything like
                2. A draw against a poor WBA side
                3. If not for Cerny could have been a cricket score. One of the most one sided 1-nils I have seen for a long time
                4. As above No 2
                5. fFor all but 15/20 mins we made a very ordinary Sunderland look like European champions.
Ok, did we expect us to beat Liverpool and Man Utd? No. Did we expect to get more than 2 points from pretty average WBA and Sunderland? yes I think most of us did. But for me it's not necessarily the results. Its the lack of any real plan to go and win games. It's the inability to defend set pieces, to string 3/4 meaningful passes. The last few games have reminded me of the first 4 games, before the transfer window signings. A team just hanging on until the window opens. I'm expecting Warnock to come out and say " right the season starts here" some time in January, just like he did before the Newcastle game.
