This also highlights a good reason for listing a reserve for me to use.

          League table after week 3.

Only 2 players scored more than 3 points this week, so this was the lowest scoring w/e since the Bankers comp started, and the reason why bookies are so rich when the form book goes out of the window. So many let us down, Chelsea, Southend, Charlton, Crawley, MKD, etc. We had 2 more 'duck eggs' this week, but well done RPQ for top scoring with 5.

Anyway, as we go into the final week (which will be 26/27 Dec games), Slydo and Stanistheman still lead on 14 which now has the added bonus to the winner who will receive a free 4 Year Plan DVD. If scores are still tied then I will work out the goal diff to find the overall winner, which is clearly better than getting half each. There will apparently be another DVD for the Jan comp too.

See you all next week, good luck with your bets midweek, my best bet will be Everton to beat Swans. Everton had 28 goal attempts to 7 against Narwich and only drew. http://www.sportinglife.com/football...ch/206021.html

            Cheers again Gerry

When will the next round be, what with the funny old festive period fixtures?

As my old schoolteacher used to say to me "CAN DO BETTER".

As I mentioned (if you could be bovvered to read it all properly, ) the next and final round will be for games on 26th and 27th dec, so hopefully most will still join in. I'll post the thread up on weds so players can select earlier if they want to.

Myu, just having a quick browse of fixtures on 26th/27th and I reckon you should go for Wolves Wigan WBA Yeovil & Aldershot ?

Rather spend it on a bottle of Oasis I think.

What odds are those games all to lose? If half decent might be worth a couple quid!

You could go top Matty, coz MYU has excluded himself from the 4 year Plan DVD prize, but he's only 1 point behind. So does he deliberately 'throw it' or still go for the top score?
