I do not know or care where we will be on New Years day, as I think we will be OK in May, but look at the following and if 16 points is enough to keep us out the bottom 3, good.
Man Utd (H)
Always a tough ask for anything.
Sunderland (H)
Home game so we should win, but we should have beaten West Brom, Blackburn, Newcastle and Villa, but we didn't.
Swansea City (A)
Always a tough ask for anything.
Arsenal (A)

I am willing to take a bet that we will be in the bottom 3 at some stage in January, which is what I predicted(with new additions in window I don't predict we will stay there).Originally posted by BennyBoyRs View PostBottom three by the New Year, I believe?
Would you take a bet on that?

I will answer that,I think Warnock will keep us up,JUST,with 4-5 quality signing in January but my point being with the quality he should have at his disposal from january we shouldn't have to be in for a nail biting finish to the leagueOriginally posted by SullivanQPR View PostOk, so head on the line here - What don't you think NW will do then?

Good summary of the games. IMO we will get 2pts from these games, giving us 18 by the turn of the year; on course for survival, especially considering we will reinforce well (I hope anyway!) come Jan.Originally posted by paulmason View PostI do not know or care where we will be on New Years day, as I think we will be OK in May, but look at the following and if 16 points is enough to keep us out the bottom 3, good.

Is the bet not that we'll finish the year in the bottome three? I'm on it for £50 to go to the Tiger Cubs. If of course Sullivan is happy for me to take that bet. I don'twant to look like I'm trying to wade in.Originally posted by Rebel R's View PostI am willing to take a bet that we will be in the bottom 3 at some stage in January, which is what I predicted(with new additions in window I don't predict we will stay there).
Or bet us both?Your mum would love me...

Apart from possibly Swansea (and maybe Wigan) at home, there is not a single game this season - our 1st season, where I would see a point as a terrible result.
Every single game is at least tricky. Most are just plain tough.
A few games are totally beyond us at the moment.
Some are turning their noses up at draws against "the likes of" Newcastle, Villa and WBA. These are not easy games, and (IMO) we have no right to expect to beat ANY team in this league.

If you saw those games you mention, surely you would agree we threw 6 points away ?Originally posted by SullivanQPR View PostSome are turning their noses up at draws against "the likes of" Newcastle, Villa and WBA. I say that QPR will not spend more than 48 hours in the bottom 3 at any time in january.
I say "No more than 48 hours" purely because of sunday/monday kick-offs that give a false table for a day or so..
Loser pays Tiger Cubs - £20.
Or split it with me and Benny, £10 each."Trust In Warnock" - Don't just type it - Do It.

I'd agree with that, but the fact we really belonged on the same pitch as those teams and played well enough to say we should have won those games is a positive thing.Originally posted by paulmason View PostIf you saw those games you mention, surely you would agree we threw 6 points away ?
Especially after the Bolton game at home, where we looked like a lower league team being picked off.
I can only think of one game where the reverse happened, and we got more than we deserved. Everton.
(Chelsea was a bit of a weird one, but 11 v 11 we matched them)"Trust In Warnock" - Don't just type it - Do It.

But then gained 3 unexpected points v ****sea, and you could say maybe Everton, so yes if we had performed better in the games you mentioned we would obviously have more points, but with us this season we are very unpredictable and so you never know, next week a possible win, personally would be happy with a pointOriginally posted by paulmason View PostIf you saw those games you mention, surely you would agree we threw 6 points away ?
