I thought Cerny played well today

despite the 2 goals!....He kept us at 0-0 early doors when Morrison was favourite to score!....Give him credit for stepping in cold.

Not his fault should never have been re-signed very ponderous and no command of his area.

Holt scored from a cross from outside the box that he connected with 3 yards out in the centre of the goal how has Cerny not come for that.

Didn't do anything wrong today, made a scapegoat by many. His kicking isn't great but overall he's a good keeper.

Stuck to his line. The back 4 performance starts with the keeper and as a defensive unit we were all over the place. If we were playing man city it would have been a cricket score.

99% of Prem keepers would have come for the cross Holt scored from, his connection was 3 yards out centre of goal. The 0.01% yes you guessed it Cerny

I'm sorry ,the back 4 peformance ,starts with the fowards ,then the midfield , then the defence ,

All over the place today as cerny doesn't communicate with his back 4. Hence why he was replaced by ikeme on loan a few seasons back. Good at shot stopping but that's all.

Should of come for the cross for holts goal, even if he didn't get the ball punch holts head off trying don't just stand there & let it go straight through you

Reported that he has been struggling with back injury! That aside, did well with early 1 on 1. Nothing else to do apart from picking ball out of net. Do agree though, hopeless with dominating his area. Gonna need a lot of protection from his defence over the next few weeks!

I do wonder if the whisper of a certain someone being very quick and eager to give him another years contract may have som strange grounding

Always thought he was an awful keeper even when on top of his game

Interesting that NW also seems to agree.

If we are forced to play him till January then accept we are bottom 3 fodder
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

He didn't do that bad considering he's barely played in 2 years and is carrying an injury.

We could have a lot worse for a third choice keeper

Cerny is a reasonable keeper and fairly good shot stopper but the one thing which has always let him down, is his total innability / phobia of coming off his line.

Anything in the 6 yard area is the keepers territory and a GOOD keeper should claim the ball as his, whenever it is put there.

Worse keeper I have ever seen for not being able to collest a cross or corner around the 6 yard box.

Think other teams have always known this too.

We are gonna be in trouble if he gets a run in the side as whatever confidence the defence has, it is gonna be eaten away week by week.

he is not kenny, that is fact....who else do we use..elvis putnins??
fa won't allow any cover as we have 5 named goalies, with trani and elvis, cerny, murphy and kenny
cerny made one good stop at 0-0 at the feet of morsion, who should've scored.
qpr should clear their lines better..both goals were due to a handball not givenand us conceding a throw in our half, and after clearing an attack, we lost ball (swp tackled but ball slipped away) and that's 2-1 and game
