    Tony Fernandes

I hope I'm not breaking any of the mod rules on the site but thriugh Facebook 1882 QPR sent Tony Fernandes our well wishes.

And he took time out to briefly respond.

What a classy guy this man is it's easy to see why he has done so well for himself from a PR perspective you just cant fault the guy.

How many other Chairman would bother to take time out, listen to the fans and get back to them?

I'm sure everyone on WATRB's also wish TF all the best for the future.

I'm out in Asia at the moment and you would not believe the coverage QPR are getting.

Jesus we really could be a global brand.

If this guy is half as serious as he sounds we are in for one hell of a ride.

Particularly kind of him to respond when the original poster hadn't even bothered sending his message through spell checker, etc.

Stainrod you speaketh the words I was thinking!!

To be fair, I think the words are spelt correctly, they're just the wrong words!

We will now suffer dog's abuse for being picky!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

                          2015/2016, average at best.....

                          2016/2017, same old, same old....

                          2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

                            Sounds good.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a top top Asian player signed before too long. By that i don't mean a wasted place in the squad just for popularity, but possibly trying to sign a really top name over there who is easilly good enough for QPR. There's some class acts out there and some well known playing for much bigger clubs than ours. If we found the right sort of player, they could potentially have a massive impact on the pitch, gain us huge additional suppport and revenue from that region and also cost far less than an average English player no doubt..... No brainer!
