Will Angelo balanta now Come Good?

I genuinely believe he will be a top championship player at least & ever since the Watford game away (2-4) have noticed him slowly progressing. Last year pre-season he looked very good, then we went and loaned him out. This season if used correctly, by us (instead of loaning him out) I think he could score 15 goals and make more for others.
