My girlfreind works in employment law, she has cases where employees go from firm to firm trying to claim unfair dismissal, they will use every trick in the book making out they were discriminated against.

Mate we have a few thousand employees and we get it all re time , people will get sacked and throw some form of discrimination in there even when caught redhanded thieving !!! Laws fkn crazy
