Think they have to really.. Then again wouldn't look good sacking the national football captain leas then a year before the most MULTI cultural sporting event in the world.

Shouldnt be captain in the first place, blokes a disgrace and his whole career has been filled with incidents.

It would speak volumes about our FA and their (lack of) backbone if they let him off with a slap on the wrist for such an offence, especially (as you say), so close to "the most MULTI cultural sporting event in the world". Surely it cant look good going to such an event with a racist skipper leading the side out? IMO they need to make an example of him IF proven guilty.... Which he should be after Anton's statement as there is no doubt in my mind Terry did commit the act in question.

Cahill & Jones should be England's CB pairing.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

What we all think and what the limp-wristed ******s at the FA will do are two different things

The FA will sweep it all under the carpet - it's too embarassing for them to sack the England captain

Is there a precedent for deducting points for this sort of thing? Or is that just wishful thinking?

I hope Andre Villas-Bogbrush is getting a twitchy bum after giving his support to JT and dedicating the victory at Everton to him.
He has pre-empted the FA enquiry and if the verdict is guilty he will look a total mug.

footballers really dont know how lucky they are... If John Terry was any other profession like us average joe's and he was found guilty of a racial comment, he would be down the road signing on lucky to get another job again.....

My girlfreind works in employment law, she has cases where employees go from firm to firm trying to claim unfair dismissal, they will use every trick in the book making out they were discriminated against.

Already looks a complete and utter mug. I was with some Spurs fans yesterday who I had never met before and all 6 of them said they detested Terry and couldn't believe AVB's stance on the matter. 2 said they had stopped following England since Terry was made captain again.

If JT is guilty, send him to prison, then give him a job in the greenhouse.....
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
