Wouldn't start him at the moment, was so poor today, misplaced every ball he attempted which just hands the ball back to the other side and means we are constantly under pressure! You might get away with it against Doncaster but you don't at this level. I would be starting bothroyd in a 442 or replace him with Mackie if he wants to keep the same formation! They might not be as talented but we won't have to play most of the game with effectively 10 players!

Adel needs to play his own game....I think he is listening to what others are saying and passing into space where theres no one there. He needs a lot of encouragement from all of us to just go for it. A good player don't become bad over night. I'm still waiting for his trade mark nutmegs which we all know he can do. His confidence is shot.

He did have a shocker today and maybe needs to sit down for a bit but I haven't totally given up on the lad, he did play a big role in the 3 major incidents that went in our favour last week! I trust NW to sort him out but I'm afraid if AT had another meltdown at ht when he was being substituted NW's patience will be running thin!

Exactly there was occasions today that Adel received the ball about 20 yards out, and unlike last year didn't take on his opponent but instead looked to pass.

He simply can't do it at this level said as much before the season started, why do think all the other players who did well in CHampionship last year, Graham, Morrison, Bothroyd etc were snapped up by Premier league teams but nobody wanted to touch Tarrabt with a barge poll.

Compared with the players on show for Tottenham such as Modric, Parker, Van der caret etc he is simply miles off it and he thinks he can play for Arsenal or Barcelona.

His delusion and blind worship some on here give him is actually preventing his development be UAE at the minute he simply does not seem to learn what he needs to do. Talented yes but even more deluded and even more lazy

But these players were snapped up as you put it, by the 3 promoted sides.
                        So hardly in demand either.
I Thought as well btw that he is trying to do more without the ball than he did last year.

No his confidence is shot....There has been a lot of talented players who have had their skills stunted and we are doing the same with Adel .
