I know someone who worked for the Daily mail as a writer. He reckons it's mostly tongue in cheek and they know what they write is complete b*llocks. Not that it makes it any better when they knowingly print lies. He did however say the columnists were genuinely unhinged human beings and believed the sh*t they wrote.

Once went on a job with Steve Doughty. Skin-headed bigot. Spent the whole time rushing around trying to pick up fake receipts to falsify his expenses. Says it all about the bigotry of the Mail. So because Anton was, allegedly, called a "black ****" he should be grateful because at least he wasn't being strung up. Its so stupid its hilarious but I'm glad Swanley has complained and hope the club does pursue this.

Just read through all the comments. Hope they are discussed with Mr Doughty at his next review meeting. Can't see much of a pay rise for him, hopefully the P45.
