Wimbledon, Vauxhall Motors ?
Fans are not pro footballers though, so a bad example. How have their been so many cup shocks, if effort and desire is not a major factor.Comment

So it is miraculous coincidence that the richest clubs, with the best quality, are the top of every league? Strange that they must have the most passion too, seeing as that is what you think wins football matches.
I'll stick with my original view. Passion does not win football matches.Comment

If we win today, does it mean we are a better team than Chelsea, or on the day we rode our luck, worked harder and wanted it more ? Like it does every other game there is a shock result.Comment

There are many factors that can mean a lesser team wins on the day. That is the nature and beauty of lower scoring sports like football. I will never believe passion wins over quality. You sound like you are confussing things like concentration, focus, attitude and professionalism with passion.Comment

We have more quality in our squad than Norwich, but that's worth nothing without application.
Norwich are doing well at the moment because Lambert has maintained the team spirit which got them promoted -- but, as you say, passion alone is not enough, and, I think, they may well do a Blackpool 2nd half of the season, as effort AND quality issue determines the final league standings. Where we will finish depends entirely on the effort made by our players -- we have the quality to stay up, but, the last two games, not the effort.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Is Warnock up to the Job as a premiership manager, guess we will know by the end of next month, personally I think we will be bottom 3 by then and majorly struggling for goals with Warnock sticking to his usual plan A tactics.Excellent manager at getting teams promoted, one of the best but only once EVER in the premiership before and that ended in relagation after one year there.I can't imagine Fernandes will risk that happening so VERY important month for NW.I really hope I'm wrong and we beat Chelsea today and do well in the next 5 games, just can't see itself, think we will take another tonking today and next week as well, sorry )-;Comment

If Tony took over in June we would not be having this thread. So its not Warno's fault that we never had the players in for the pre season bonding tours.
Tony totally understands cos he is a football guy unlike the other two.Comment

I hope you can see how wring you are, but I bet you don't and argue the toss.So it is miraculous coincidence that the richest clubs, with the best quality, are the top of every league? Strange that they must have the most passion too, seeing as that is what you think wins football matches.

If you read my aboove posts I said there are many things that can result in a lesser team beating a better team.
I think the fact we had 2 more players than them was quite a big reason - not the fact we had more passion. In fact they played better than us for the entire second half, so I am sure their fans would argue they showed passion.Comment

As i said you will argue the toss, but according to you to you effort means nothing and you are a joker. If you read my aboove posts I said there are many things that can result in a lesser team beating a better team.
