There is only one way to stop Chelsea destroying us,we have to close down as tight as possible and put pressure on them so they rush there passes,if we sit back and let them play with ease we are in big trouble-fact.If you look at teams that close chelsea down they have more control over the game as the chelsea players start to get frustrated and become individuals which makes them easier to break down.If i was NW my pre match talk would be easy.......Close them down fast,track there main ball players (Lampard/Ramires) and our front man to push on and dont let them play out from the back,finally...show the fans total committment and passion.

I posed this Q a few weeks ago....

Thinking that if we beat Villa, won or drew at Fulham and then beat Blackburn we would have quite a bit of momentum... how wrong was I and after witnessing yesterday's dross I fear a mauling TBH...

Trouble is the older posters on here remember the good old days when we played them regularly and it was considered a derby by both sets of fans.. alas over the past 20yrs or so the two teams have gone in different directions and their derby has been with other London clubs such as Arsenal, Spurs and latterly I suppose Fulham...

There aren't really that many home grown players in either team that can pass on the feel for this game as it were... the worst thing that could happen is for CFC to score early and **** on our bonfire and quieten the home crowd as it could get embarrassing but.. maybe we can raise our game and sneak a draw which for me would feel like a win TBH...
