The worrying thing as well is IF NW thought that dropping AT and not telling Blackburn would give us an advantage!
If Kean had only heard about it for the first time at 2.30, I don't think he's have gone, "Oh no, Taarabt isn't playing, what shall we do now?", he'd have probably punched the air and gone "yes!"
IF Blackburn knew about that in advance, which they almost certainly did, I doubt it would have made much difference, just meant they didn't have to worry about the trickiest player they may have come across, who never gets going if he is only brought on as a 2nd half sub.

So NW blaming the leak for the team's mediocrity is totally ridiculous.

I really do find if funny how people on here really believe Taarabt is better than Pele. I bet not one manager has thought twice about him, they would be more worried of SWP.

Never said that, was just trying to make the point that most teams would be happier playing us WITHOUT him in the team than WITH.

No, but I don't suppose they have many sleepless nights over anyone out of the top 5 or 6.
Doesn't mean to say he's a player that managers of lesser teams will just disregard, though.

Ric, fair play mate, you made an error of judgement and wanted to retract it, but it was denied.... that isn't your fault.

I haven't read anything on the MB since yesterday, but if Warnock is trying to blame the toothless performance on that then he should look at himself.

Also, surely he should be more concerned with aiming blame at the person in the club who fed you the "confidential" information in the first place, rather than castigate you as the middle man who passed it on thinking it would become common knowledge anyway.

Can't remember a time when NW has apologised to fans for getting it wrong, always seems to have an excuse and its usually someone else's fault. I can recall in past games several players blamed, Traore, Tarbs, Connelly, Hall, Derry, etc. Players do make mistakes, they're human, but a manager is supposed to instill confidence, not destroy it. Neils is a great manager, but unless he looks to himself sometimes re tactics and formation, we might not correct the problem. he needs to show more empathy, or maybe he is too stubborn to see it. he is very good at deflecting attention.

Firstly it's not your fault at all - pathetic for the club to post your address and for warnock to use it as an excuse. He got it wrong and we didn't go for the win enough

Secondly he should be far more worried about WHO told you, it must have been someone at the club who obviously is close to the team and to Warnock to know it. Go ####### them Neil not a proper fan
