Just a quick few lines from the press conference this morning - nothing really to report

team news - gabbidon definitely out

dyer update - ligament problem, started rehab but a lot more complicated than expected

Fulham reaction - disappionted after the result but need all hands on deck, connelly hopefully available at the weekend

New players - know what we need, couldnt get the extra players needed in August still need defender and striker - looking overseas as well as england

Tarrabt - that will be sorted in house between Warnock and him. Warnock's not heard anything about him wanting to leave, if he wants to leave he can leave the same with any player kept stressing this is all allegedally, Hes a lovely lad, but couldnt have more than one of him!

I don't think its unreasonable to talk about dropping him, for me his strops/tantrums and selfish comments are boring now (not as boring as hearing Joey Barton's name mentioned every time you hear about QPR though) and Adel's form hasn't been amazing so far.

I just think that starting him on the bench could give him a kick up the a**e and make him perform again.

However now it seems Buszaky is looking like being out for a while we don't really have anyone that could come in and do Tarbs job.

Adel is our most creative player,and has been performing well as a "team" player too,
got to keep him in the starting 11.Good praise for the fans that went to Fulham too from NW.

Could Connolly play alongside Ferdinand? Fulham was a good match for him to miss - he was about the only player whose reputation was enhanced!
