I don't know if that was meant as a joke, but if you read Rodneys' book he explains exactly what happened in that saga, and the reasons for it.
I don't believe a word that **** says. Both Thompson and Marsh knew what would happen if he turnt up at the game and he still went. Francis quit, we went down the leagues and it was largely do with that arrogant ***** sitting in the stand. I can still see Francis walking out and looking up.
