he needs to cut out the silly mistakes and the fouls in the box, he just dives in at times i had great hopes for him but he seems to have stalled

I'd rather have Connelly than Perone.

Gabbidon might be back this Sunday - comments last week indicated it was touch and go whether he would make it or not in time for Fulham. I think he did ok as right back earlier this season and I think he can also do a job on the left. I would go for him over Connolly if he is injury free.

Seems a no brainer to me, Conners will simply slot in at LB in an otherwise unchanged side.... Exactly as happpened vs Newcastle when Traore went off injured.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

If MC comes in at LB the back line of 4 will be a bit unbalanced with plenty of pace on the right side with Young and Shrek, and a bit slow on the left with Onesize and Connors which Fulham could exploit with Johnson. I like the idea of switching the centre backs around so that Shrek can cover in case Connors gets caught for pace.

Hope he's not up to his old tricks of mugging the ref for a penalty. MC and Fitz can look a bit clumsy at times.
